Message:
i have a yellow 1999 dakota R/T. just bought a set of 17" stock rt rims for it. because the last person who owned it tokk them off and put the 15" rims on. the question is should i leave them the silver color or does anyone think that if i get them powder coated black that would look good?

My vote is black powder coating! I think it would look fantastic with the Solar Yellow paint.

I'm gonna powder coat some 16" wheels (someday) so they look like the 2001 Motorsports Edition wheels. I have two right now...

That would look sweet!! Maybe keep the lip silver or see if you can get it polished. Just my opinion here.

I think gun metal grey would look better than black on a yellow Dak.
