All Xenon parts are made of Reaction Injection Molded Urethane for a Virtually Unbreakable part that can take everyday bumps and abuses. A wax-based mold release film is used, which means there will be less time involved in cleaning and preparing the parts for painting. All kits are designed and engineered to use as much factory mounting points and hardware as possible to give a factory installed look.

Unless you have some serious horsepower and top speed, it is just for looks.
If you want it just for looks I might suggest to other people to get some of those snazy spinner hub caps ( I am sure pepboys has them on sale every now and then)
Or maybe some decal racing stripes. So when you go above 25mph they flap around in the wind.
I once saw a honda civic with a cheap spoiler that had wood screws holding it to the bumper. Going slow (25mph) in traffic I saw the entire spoiler wobbling around. My god I had to pass him soon because if traffic let up and the p.o.s. made it to 50 mph the spoiler would have came off and hit my truck.
