 Subject: center console swap

I have a 2001 quad cab with a center console. I was wondering if it would be a direct swap to replace it with a center seat with the fold down arm rest? Was this even an option for this year? I have downsized from a full size truck, and would like the extra room up front if it is possible. Anyone have any experience with this subject?

Go figure.. I just purchased a 2003 club cab and my only real complaint is it has the 40/20/40 seat. I want,need, gotta get a center console set up for it. (Will be posting more on this shortly) .. its just ironic to me that someone is looking to swap the console for the little jump seat.

Maybe a swap could be in order with Madbone. I have the charcoal interior in mine. The console is in perfect shape. BTW does your fold down arm rest have a flip up storage comparment on the top?

Sure doesn't .. just a center seat with fold up/down arm rest.
That's the reason im pitching it. Once removed this weekend, I'd be more than happy to send it to you, or anyone really for the cost of shipping (IF someone even wants it).
