do all gen II dakotas have the cruise controls on the steering wheel? I have a 91 Dakota CC LE and i would like to replace the steering wheel with an aftermarket one but i dont want to lose my cruise control

you got a foot dont you?...lol
rip that thing out man and put in a normal sized one...then re-wire the cruise to a different set of aftermarket buttons...thats what i did
just consider yourself lucky you dont have an airbag to deal with too like me

yes i do. what type of buttons would I use? Just toggle switches? and will any aftermarket wheel fit?

hey...same guy here
if your truck didnt come with an airbag odds are grant makes an install kit....if it did they wont have one specific for your app but you can use one from a previous year...i put one from a 89 on my 2000 R/T
i used toggle switches mounted on the dash panel under my steering column
check out www.grantproducts.com for a wheel....i reccomend the challenger series...
