all depends... i take it that its a 95 (as in your name)....
if its a 2 tone body, then dont take the trim off. the paint underneath is a mess, its not straight, and it looks like hell.
and on the bed, the peice between the fender and bumper is put in with clips and there are holes in the body. so unless you wanna do some body work, dont take the trim off...
the trim is just put on with glue... so itll peel off, then just use kerosene to clean the residue, then use rubbing compound to finish it off....
i did this to my 87, so it should be the same. (i think)
