My quad cab has the Hotchkis 2"-3" drop and was wondering if anybody had real info on what size wheel/tire combo will fit this setup without rubbing or hitting? Want to go with 20's but dont want less than 40 or 45 series tires, i would prefer to go with 50's so i wont have to worry about rim but think i have to go with 45's, not to many tire choices in correct size. any help?

you could probably go with a 275/45/20. goodyear makes them and they are only about $150 ea. double check with a tire shop though.
if your interested i might be selling my 20's

jake, naw im not getting 22's (cant really afford them) i was thinking of getting another style of 20's. i just found out that the rims i want are more than i thought. so i dont know if im going to sell them.

Eric, 22's are very expensive, not to mention the cost of tires. Could you still send me a pic of your truck with the 20's? I'd like to get an idea of what styles of 20s look good on a dakota. Thanks.

Just to let you guys know, if you check the group buys or generla forum, you will find the updates on the new R/T style 20" rim, in painted or chrome, you cant beat the pricing if you get in on the pre-order and tires are availble at a discount too.

I've got a 2000 std cab dakota dropped 3"/5" and i had to go with 245/35/20's so i wouldn't rub
up front..there nitto tires but you can get 40 series tires or 45 series threw a couple companies
