yeah they are pretty easy to install just drill the hole and run the screws. You can tape them too, but thats not really necessary.

Did you cover come with the rear wing or is there an aftermarket wing that can be installed to a over the rail cover? I am looking for a wing that mounts to my cover.

I have the Innovations Pro cover that comes with the spoiler built in.
I had not heard of any add-on spoiler for an over the rail cover, sorry, hope you can source one out though
