Ok, so I have finally found a tonneau cover and am planning on installing a bedrug (http://www.dodgedakota.net/boards/style/3976.html) but I am wondering what kinds of lights you people have used inside your beds? I am thinking neon tubes or that neon rope stuff, preferably in orange, but have considered clear bulbs, or anything else you folks can suggest. Any help on where & what to get would be greatly appreciated

thanx

I have two 3-foot blue neon tubes tucked up under the bed rail...if you did that it would look even better with a bedrug because it will be more reflective than my rough speedliner spray on bedliner. If you want to show off and have it glow out A LOT i would try to find longer tubes, or mount a third one in the front. I just did two and tucked them under the rail because i frequently have my cover off to haul the quad and what not.

Good luck, and neons are def cooler than a regular light!!!

I have seen it done with neon rope lights, with very nice results, you just need to get a 12v - 120v inverter

I'm definately thinking about some neon tubes or neon rope lights. Anyone know who sells orange coloured ones?
