 Subject: Valve stem neon lights

My brother has got some of these battery powered things that go on the valve stems and they make the wheels glow at night like neon and I was wondering if anyone else has seen these because he ordered them and 1 works and 1 is the wrong color and the other 2 don't work but the 1 looks cool just a word of caution because he has had troble getting a hold of the person that sells them for a refund!

You can get them from a bike shop. All they are a watch battery powered LED's. They are use on bikes so you can be seen at night... most bike shops have them
