 Subject: Quad Cab Subwoofer

Just installed my sub in my 2001 Quad Cab.I used a Rockford Fosgate HE2 RFP3208(its' a 8" Dual Vioce Coil).I used this sub because it uses the smallest sealed box I could find in a sub.I made a box and put it behind the rear drivers side seat.(I had to take the two rear seats out for room for install).I put the amp on the pass. side rear seat.Ounce I put the rear seats in I could not fold up the drivers side rear any more but the pass. side with the amp can still get foled up.I used a Kenwood 2 way brigded about 120 watts.It hgas to be a small amp. or you won't be able to fold the seat up.The box was a little smaller than what they recommended but it's the only way it will fit.The bass is really great.I have a Keenwood MP3 player with the factory infinity amp. and speakers.
