I thinking of getting the ss grille, but i didn't know if it is something that is easily stolen? Would it be ok since I drive my truck everyday? Just dont wanna drop all that money on somethin and have it go to waste.

when you think about it its not hard for someone to steal your rims and spare or your clear corners either...i would say its harder to steal grill inserts than any of those...

I have a SS grill and have no probs with it. If someone steals it they will really mess it up taking it off, it is really soft metal so be carefull. I left the stock grill behind it. you can't see it and if i want ti take the ss off i can have it back to factory specs. the lower valance is hard because the space for you to work is limited. the top grill is a snap, just cut nothches in the stock grill. my truck is white with the brushed ss, but the chrome looks nice too.

Homemade crap looks like....well...crap. That goes for ghetto intakes. If you sell your truck no one wants that stuff, they want namebrand. Save up a couple of bucks, do it right.

no_one, you say the grille is really soft metal? Would it be ok for everyday driving or would it get damaged easily (if a rock or something hit it).

It is fine for everyday driving. It will bend if you pry on it with a screwdriver. I installed mine in March and it still looks brand new. Unless someone throws a brick at your truck I think you will be fine :)
