Anyone have any information as to where I can find online guides to painting vehicles, and stuff like that... Or sites mainly geared towards the painting of vehicles...

i have a 2 peice front bumper, somehow my upper metal one is rusty, so i want to sand it down and repaint it black, and i just bought the lower valance and want to paint that too. i have a paint spray gun, but no experience in priming or painting and technique, any help would be nice. thanks
