my dakota is a 98 so it would work perfectly! i am located in virginia. i have heard of people just popping them out...there is a post from a while ago that ill search for and if i remeber right it tells you on there how to do it. Where are you lacted at? I'll try and find the post! hopefully all works out!

i checked shipping and its 20$. so if anyone is still up for trade then write back. i leave town sunday and won't get back till next monday the 20th or something so we'd have to do it then. Offer is still good. hope it works.

yea im worried about the leak too. im going to the dealer today to pick up some touch up paint and a screw for the turning lens so i am just going to ask them if it is prone to leak and stuff....ill be able to get back to you soon hopefully. i went to ups.com tpyed in the dimensions and the 5 day ground was 20$. my area code is 23693 if u wanna double check. thanks

is there some kind of extra fee for shipping out glass? ive seen them handle other packages and they got tossed around a lot.

i went to the dealer and they said that when they get problems dealing with glass like windows and windhields they send them off to a glass shop and let them do the work. he told me he had never done the swap before and doesn't know if it would leak or not. so i guess now i got to check a glass shop and see how much it would cost. im ou5ta town for a week toarrow so ill get back to you then. I don't know if there is a fee for glass. maybe they put it in a "fragile" box or who knows. hopefully they don't break. maybe we could get insurance on it. its like 5$ or so

the local glass shop here says he'll do it for about $50 for a full swap. Thats take out and apply
