I am wondering if anyone has done this. ANy mechanics out there that can tell me what ammount of time and money this would take. Also, another concern is if shortening axles are there any other mods that are necessary?

Anyone have this done? Where do they make the cut on each side? My buddy has a machine shop and is thinking of attempting it. Just looking for any tips out there. Thanks
