Hello all. Since I have received such valuble information from many of you people I want to give a little bit back to the archive.
I recently installed a 4 section Advance Cover on a 2003 Dakota Club Cab equiped with a factory under the rail plastic bedliner.
While I would not classify the install as extremely difficult, it is not the easiest thing to do when you have never seen an install of one before. Once you mess up a few times with alignment issues, you will begin to understand what is going on and then you can do a good job.
Was it worth it? To me it was. It was just much more time consuming than you might be led to believe. I didn't rush though. I also didn't cut the tailgate liner. I riveted through it to install the tailgate locking mechanism.
If anyone has any questions about it, I will watch this thread for a while and answer the best that I can.
