 Subject: new reverse indiglo speed guage face

I was installing the procarparts.com white guages and was working with installing the dimer for the color and turned it up to max it the backlight shut off. It will no longer turn on. I checked the in-line fuse and it tested ok. I checked the wiring it's solid. I checked all factory fuses and they are ok. Anyone have any idea's?

its probably the module box. that happened to me when i had my old white face gauges. needs replaced. i'd email procarparts.com and let them know what happeend. thanks,

Well I just finished installing it. I took the caveman thoery. I hit the module with my 4D Mag light and then turned it on, it was very dim. So I turned it off and back on and it is back to normal. So I am going to watch it for a few days it may be the module going bad.

Hi there, could you give me a brief install idea for those gauges? I have a 1990 And have thought about the same Procarparts.com gauges. But they say professional installiation recomended. So whats the buz? And what kinda truck do you have? Thanks and later.
