 Subject: problem with reverse glow gauges install

I am having a problem with installing the reverse glow gauges from procarparts.com
I took the needles off to get the gauges on and now when I got the dash put back together the needles are way off. My speedo says 10 mph and my gas is way below empty and my rpms at 3000 when I turn the key on. What do I do here?

You didnt remove the needles without making a sketch of where they were on a cold start did you? If you just took them off and put them back on with the vehicle turned off, of course they are going to be wrong.You need to have the needles off while the truck is running and put them on where they should be.
