I am looking at some wheels for my truck but haven't quite decided on getting 20's or craming some 22's under there,I decided on the wheel but not the size yet, the 20's i found only come 20x9 with 5.5 backspacing would that be good? or not?What size tire would i need for the 20 and how much should they run?What would be better for the price 20's or 22's? I don't know how much price difference i will be looking at.I was kinda leaning towards 20's because they should be alot cheaper than a set of 22's with tires.
I also want to point out that the only reason i'm considering 22's is because of STONEY22...damn you...lol.

if you a worried about $$$ go with 20's... the 22's will add $1000-2000 by the time you get tires etc... but they do look good... the 20's with a 275/45/20 or 295/40/20 will be good... anything that is under 29" tall.... kinda depends on how much you lowered your truck... the 5.5" spacing for the 20's should be good... for the 22's... there is a new tire that was made for the 745 BMW with 22's... it is a 295/30/22 and I have seen but don't remember where there is a 25 series 22 out there... but those are seriously small tires... if you live in CA look forward to having your rims straightened at least once a year..

Thanx buzz i'll prolly just go 20's unless i get some 22's for a fairly good price,because in about 2 weeks i'm lowering 3/5 and with that could prolly only go with the 20's,i live in Arkansas roads are pretty good over here but before i get the rims i gotta leard how to drive better i am 21 but i do hit the curbs every now and then...lol...ok with 15x8 275/60 tire but prolly not good with 20's i'd prolly crie if i hit a curb with though's.

I live in Arkansas lowered my truck 2/3 with 245/40/20 tires looks good they are off right now for winter be back on in 3 weeks probably if u wanna meet up sometime

Thanx man,the ones i'm wanting are 20x9 with 5.5 bs,would they fit with maybe a 3/5 drop because i was getting it lowered in like 2 weeks,and the wheels are going to wait untill i get exactally what i want and need.

hey im from arkansas too and the roads are sh!t in hot springs.....im lowered 5/7 on 235/40 18's, so that may have something to do with it....but by april thats all gonna be changed coz im gettin some ?'s outta the way right now and im prolly gonna be gettin some 22's

hot springs,I've been there a couple times i live in fort smith umm....18's and a 5/7 drop that thing is slammed...i'm thinking 20's in front and 22's in back...maybe.

yeah my frame bottoms out on EVERYTHING....i cant even go to the movies...i gotta park half a block away...and ima be gettin some biggie wheels this spring....and with a 285/30 or 35 i'll only have to raise my truck 2 inches, so with 20's and 22's you could have a 5/5 and thatd be sweet as hell....itd give it that muscle car hot rod look..lemme know when you get it done

Whats up man? Sorry about leaving so early saturday night we had to go to some females house. haha, you understand. You cant get 20's or 22's man. Not yet. Not til i have mine. Cuz then i wont have one of the best daks around. :( Naw its cool i'd go with some 20's tho cuz 1000-2000 is just to damn much for 2 more inches. I plan on lowering my truck 4/6 with some 20's. Im getting 20's as a graduation gift from my parents. 3 damn months and i'll em. cant wait.
2000 club cab, red, 5% tint, painted dash and inside plastics, tonneau cover, 15X10 rims, Premier 740 deck, Memphis studio compnents, 2 12" kicker comp vr subs.
future mods - Cervinis ram air hood, SS grilles, clear corners, cabon fiber euros, 18's or 20's, 4/6 drop, and some more work done to the engine!
once you start modding you cant stop.
im in arkansas too Fort Smith
haha damn that was alot of SH!T i typed. im happy , just left my girls house and got luck
