I have a 2002 club cab dak.

wondering what were some of the prices paid for the are LSII (i think lsii is the only line they make for the dak).

Another very important question. Does the cover lock the tailgate in that it covers enough of it when closed that it cannot be opened, or is there some sort of mechanical connection (i dont imagine) to prevent the tailgate from being opened from the outsided. I ask because im having my tailgate handle flipped and want to makes sure this wont interfere.

thanks alot.

Please post pics of your cover and if you have any suggestions or reasons to get another brand over ARE, your opinions are desired.

thanks again

I paid 700 installed and painted for mine. Yes it keeps the tailgate from opening. No complaints, never leaks.

I'm looking to buy a fiberglass tonneau and I've narrowed it down to these two:

GemTop GT Classic

SnugTop Snuglid

Right now I'm leaning towards the GemTop. I like how its thinner than most other covers. The SnugLid looks sweet though too!
