Subject: Signal Mirrors-Where to get Power????
IP: Logged

Message:
Guys, I bought and installed some Street Scene Signal Mirrors. Look Great -- BUT, I can't find the wires under the dash for the signals. I got good instructions, but there's just too many wires, can't find the two I need.
Anyone else put signal mirrors on?
Where did you tap in for the signals??
Thanks, ART

Hope this makes since. If you are under your dash there should be a grouping of wires connected to the steering column. In that grouping will be a light green wire and a light brown wire (tan). Those are the wires for the signals. If you have one of those nifty little testers like I do. Just hit your turn signal on, then stab the point of it in the wire. The little tester will light up like a blinker. On and off. That's when you will know you have the right ones!

Well--I knew what your answers would be.
I'm just looking for an easy way to get under and find the wires.
I'll crawl under and look some more.
THANKS, ART

Well, how much easier do ya want it? I just told you where to find it. The color they are and even how to check to make sure those are the right ones. If there is anything else. Please let us know. We are here to help.
