I need to replace my front bumpers so Im just wondering..
Do I need the either upper or lower piece bumper to install the stillen cover?

I just ordered a Stillen front bumper cover from John Mercedes. I take it you must have a SLT. My stock bumper cover covers a steel bumper on the Sport. I'm going to install the Stillen over the stock cover and bumper with screws and double stick tape. This will allow my to keep and use my stock fog lights. As an option, you could remove the stock cover and mount the Stillen on your stock bumper.
I probably install the Stillen in the spring time after I get it painted. I need to figure out how to put back the license plate holder. I guess I analyze it and then drill holes. Good luck.

He was referred to me by SinCityRT. He charged $240 + $40 shipping. I mailed him a check last week and forwarded to Stillen. I'm still waiting. I figured that delivery maybe 5-10 business days which is fine with me. I can't do anything in the cold anyway.
