I actually have one that's got some light hail damage,,but I can't seem to get good pic.s of it.
The best place to get one is from John Mercedes - I bought two of them from him (the second one is to replace the hail damaged one,,as light as it was). But I think it was around $300-340?,,I saved the shipping cost by picking it up at the dealer in Houston.
I think his email is:

How much for the damaged hood? and does it look like someone took a ballpeen hammer to it? or only a few hail dings? Oh, and what color is it now(to know if underside would need to be repainted also). Thanks!

The hail damage is really light, not tooooo much, but it is all across the hood. You can't really see it unless you got a good angle on it.

Check in the 'Hood and Speakers' folder (no speakers in there yet). The pic.s are w/a 850,000 old-arse dig. camera - so I wasn't too impressed, and felt guilty for selling it to someone w/out better pic.s to show them. It was getting late, but you can tell that the damage isn't too bad really. The hood is painted 'Graphite', and it's simply dirty from grass after we shredded our land. I didn't have the underside painted, I didn't see the point in the extra cost,,it's black underneath. The blemish in the paint is where the emblem goes - some of it pulled off when the body shop pulled the emblem off.

I have the Ground Force 2/2 drop (coil springs, and lowering blocks in back - new shocks all around)
Also from John Mercedes,,,forgot price,,but he blew away everyone else who frequents this site, and sells things.... ;)
Not saying those people are bad or anything,,,just that Mercedes always had the better price. I love the drop,,just right,,and I still run the stock rims/tires.

Dam, that sux hail did that, musta been golfball size. I take it the insurance co. bought you a new one instead of fixing that one. Not sure what the repair would run to spot fill all the dings in before repainting, if I happened to live near you and not need to pay shipping it might have been worth it for both of us. Oh well, thanks though and I'll be sure to check out what John can do for price unless you will let your old one go for $190 shipped.

Even though the pic.s suck, you can tell the damage isn't that bad. You can paintless dent repair if you wanted.
The reason I got it replaced was that the entire passenger side of my truck got the same light damage. I just happen to know a body shop that always hooks me up, and I wanted to get all that area repainted - Mine-as well right? - Insurance is picking up the bill. So I just told him to buy a new one, so he did, leaving me with that one. I didn't have to pay a dime for the damage, plus I got a free roll pan (Sir Micheal's steel - the hood and roll pan also came from John Mercedes). Pretty sweet deal for me!!!
Now my hood I'll definitely sell for a pretty cheap price - that's a given,,I need to see what shipping cost are, and I'll be putting up a post shortly for it. I'll probably sell it for around $200,,maybe a little more, but not much. I know whoever buys it will have to repair it (as slight as it may be), and paint it if their truck isn't Graphite in color.

Gotta love when you actually make out with your insurance claim since it is so rare. The pics do suk only cause of the grass and grime all over the hood and it hides the dings from identifying them in the photo. If it was clean and shiny then I could tell better, but I believe you if you say it's not that bad!
I am not a bodyman but thought the paintless repair required being able to get to back side of panel to place part of the equipment? I would think the hood infrastructure would get in the way of that process but like I said I am no bodyman and I am probably wrong how it works:)
It should be a good deal for someone who can pick it up instead of delivery with the cost of repair probably running about the same as delivery or a little more. Since I would have to have it shipped, repaired and sprayed red to match my truck, it probably would end up costin almost as much as having a new one delivered and sprayed I guess. It should make someone local or with at least the same color truck a good deal to save on repainting. Me, I never find good deals... although I did get a like new Volant intake from Bob W on this site and that was a good deal, so once I got a deal lol, I am always a day late so end up paying full price.
Good-luck with the sale man and thanks for helping me out. Should I let John know who sent me when I email him?

2THEXTRM - That's cool,,I've been too busy to get better pic.s, but you're probably right about the cost,,when you throw in shipping (probably over $50) it would be about the same w/repair, and paint. That's cool. John will definitely hook you up though. And ya - Tell him "Andy Henderson" sent you his way. We haven't spoke in a couple months so I don't expect him to remember, but never hurts you know! I've bought quite a bit from him,,always had the best prices,, always returns phone calls too!
P - Ya,,on the weekends I practically live in SA. I live north of Austin, but work there. I take it you are in S.A.? It sounds wierd but I could probably bring it down to show you one weekend, faster than I could post pic.s knowing my slow a$$.
If you're interested let me know,,,Like 2THEXTRM said the photos suck (I do apologize), but you can tell the dents aren't golf ball size for sure. It's really hard to tell someone (especially w/out GOOD pic.s to back it up) what a dent(s) really look like.

It was nice to meet you too. You're pretty cool. I love the drop and roll pan on your truck. It looks sweet. It made me want to go lower. Then when you pasted us on 151 your exhaust sounded great.
The blower is only $60 a month on the card. When you're ready to get yours let me know. I'd love to help put it on. I've got alot of tools and am good with engines.

Thanks,,,I'll definitely need the help. It might be awhile though. Got tons to pay off as it is, plus I just put another grand in tires on the card this weekend too,, sooooooooooooo.
The drop is a 2/2 (springs up front / blocks in back - new shocks all around) by Ground Force - pretty cheap, got it through John Mercedes.
The truck's going in the shop today or tomorrow - for a bearing up front that's about to go - something that didn't get fixed properly from the wreck. Really pissed about that.
You need to get that truck to the track man! - I'm really curious to see what you're doing in the qtr.
When we passed you my G-friend was screaming at me to slow down - then you my blew doors off, and she was like "Why did you let him do that?",,I was like,, "Cause he be making way mo' power than I am!!!"
The exhaust is just a dumped two chamber Flowmaster,,really sets off the alarms in a parking garage.
If you're off on Sundays, we can meet then. I'll drop ya an email later this week then.

Mines a 2/2 as well but I kept the stock shocks in the back. Yours looks lower than mine. I did hangers in the back and springs in the front.
The boost is fun. If you girlfriend is anything like mine you'll never use it when she's in the truck. I raced a mustang a few days ago. BIG mistake. She kept screaming and yelling at me. She wouldnt even talk to me afterwards. I'll keep you posted on track times. I'll have to think of a lie to get out there though. Hmmmm??
Sunday is cool how about 1pm or so. Just let me know.
