Low99dakota and intensedak39 are two that i know of right off the top of my head that have a sunroof, although im sure there are more out there.

mine came with my truck. There is a sticker on the inside door jamb that says "motor city sunroof" and it is in warren michigan and installed april 1998... and my truck was made in 1998 in warren michigan.
low99dakota has an aftermarket one that was installed by some shop. Try to email him (if he posts his email address in his profile)

I had one in my 95 ram, I bought it at z-barts they charged me I think about $270 installed but they garauntee it for the life of your vehicle against leakage! I liked it, but I haven't got one for my dak yet.

I payed $500 installed for mine. I am unsure of the size, but it's the biggest that can be installed on a RC. It is a power sliding one. Hope that helps. Any questions feel free to email me, I'm not on this board very often anymore.
