Are you guys 100% sure that Stillen and SS are not the same cover? Since SS does not appear to sell to public (you can only get their stuff through vendors), it makes sense that Stillen is one of their vendors.
I requested local dealer list from SS (VERY BAD marketing idea) and haven’t heard back yet, but does anyone know of another place to buy them?

If you look at the pictures posted, you can tell the difference between the two, they are different products.

You are 100% correct, they are different, though they do look very similar! :)
The source of my confusion was the fact that Stillen offers both their own AND Street Scene front bumpers (strange that they would bother to list and sell two such similar products). So when I was looking at Stillen’s site, I saw that they had “Gen1 and Gen 2” Street Scene front ends and didn’t actually get to Stillen’s front end listing, which is on the last page.

just recieved my stillen front spoiler, while I was talking to stillen I asked about street scene. he said they make parts for street scene.
