Just found this on Ebay. Thought some of you might be interested. Unfortunatly for me, it is for a 99-00. I haven't seen these before and really like them. If anyone knows where I could get one for my 97, please let me know.

so why won't it fit the 97. As far as i know the 97 is the same as the 98,99, 00 they changed it in 2001. When i had my 2000 i ordered a peice like that and it said 97-2000 on it. so unless you know something I don't (could be) it should work

I have been looking for gauge bezels that fit my 01 Dak, anyone seen'em? Either polished or brushed aluminum. Thx.

1997-2000 has a wide variety of gauge bezels available... Carbon Fiber, Thin Aluminum, Thick Aluminum, etc...
Because 2001-2003's have a 3-D bezel in front of the gauges, you can't just simple slap in a new piece... The only upgrades that are available are to paint your existing bezel (I did this to mine) or get a brushed aluminum/carbon fiber/wood dash piece from Haig K. who makes some great dash kits - his are $45. I've got his e-mail stored on my laptop at work, will post it later or ask me via e-mail.

THe 97-98 is different from the 99-00. The size of the odometer box is different. With the 99-00 bezel, I wouldn't be able to read it. I think that is the only difference though. I emailed the guy selling those and he said he didn't have one for mine. Oh well.

According to my buddy that works at the dodge parts counter 97-2000 gauges were the same. the only main differece in the 97 dash was the headlight switch. and like I said before all of the other ones list them as 97-00

an easy quick fix on all of the years including 01 and up is to get the carbon fiber vinyl tape and just cover the cluster itself. i did it to most of the interior parts and looks killer.. good luck
