I have been looking at the FLAMED GAUGES for my 2002 Dak. I was wondering if there are many problems with them getting them on? I read some of the older posts and got some bad things about the needles sticking.... I was just wondering, do you think spending $98.00 on these gauges worth it?

the flamed came out .the flames rock and the skulled
ones are awesome too.

The guages won't stick as long as you follow the directions correctly. I have the platinum series style on my R/T. They go on easy. Just don't push the needles down to far on there posts. Oh, and they look great. Get a gauge surround to. Something carbon fiber or billet. Hope that helps!

Be careful. The 2002 trucks have a 7,000 rpm tac and most of the gauge sets are 6,000 rpm because of the older trucks. If you did find a set that is 7,000 rpm... let me know, I have not been able to find them anywhere. I believe that white face gauges makes the truck look so much better. I think that it is worth it.

I am not sure if anyone will know this, but has anyone found a white face gauge that is km/h instead of miles. I live in canada and i want to get the white face gauges. i dont mind looking at miles, but im afraid that if i ever want to sell the truck, most people in canada wont want the miles and they will want km/h. Thanks

There is a group buy going on Nu Image gauge faces for $79.95 shipped, save $20 or more! (normal retail $120-130)
The gauge faces made for 1997-2000 trucks have 6000rpm tachs, the gauge faces for 2001-2003's have 7000rpm tachs. The only people left out in the cold are the trucks who were built at the end of the 2000 model year who got 7000rpm tachometers but still have the 1997-2000 dash design.
The only KM gauge face I know of is a single model from Nu Image, it's white face w/flames for 1997-2000 Dakotas/Durangos.
