Subject: Lower Grille + Stillen Cover

I just got my SS Lower valance bumper grilles, I also plan on getting the Stillen front bumper cover shortly... Should I put the bumper gilles on now, or wait till I get the bumper cover, put that on, then put the grilles in? I am not sure because I don't really know how the bumper cover works. Does it leave the exact same size opening in the bumper as the factory one?

Also, Chuck if you are reading this, I plan on leaving the 3 supports on the factory bumper in place, not cutting them out.

The stillen bumper cover is only about a 1/4" of urethane so the space in the lower valance is still about the same. It also has markings on the inside lips to show you where to cut out for the three supports. Hope that helps!

Why don't you just take off the factory lower valance and then you won't have to worry about cutting the three supports?

Jake,

Actually that is making a whole lot of sense right now for me. I love the look of the lower valance without the supports, but do not want to cut mine out. So I don't really know what to do. I guess I will just go ahead and buy the SS lower grilles, put them in on the factory bumper, and then buy the stillen cover and pop it on. I have never seen any pics of the stillen cover with the 3 supports. Anyone seen it or have pics?
