Putting my homemade grille on my truck, and am just going to put it on using some kind of bondo. Tried it today, and by the time I got from my friends house, to my house, it had already fallen halfway off, meaning the bondo must not be working as good as needed. any other substances that will stick to the polyurathane bumper better? Thanks for your help
Dan

Are you talking about the openings in the bumper? I used velcro strips to attach mine. I put a few strips on the top of the opening and a few on the bottom and then a bunch on the screen and stapled it. It hasn't fallen off yet, even in rain storms and driving on the highway. It's pretty sturdy. It was really simple to put in also and didn't require taking the bumper.

plus, its removeable if you ever decide to change it.

Just a suggestion.

There is actually a couple of screws near the top of bumper on the inside lip. If you take those out and place washers around them. They will hold the grill fine. Just flex the grill in the shape of the opening and it stays great....even at 110mph. Gonna throw up some pics of what I am talking about as well as some of the custom upper grill surround I made. Looks like the Cervinis' one.

I took the bumper off and shapped the grill to the openings, then cleaned around the openings with alcohol. Put 3M tape all around the lip, the put on the grill and the add some more 3M tape ontop so it will stick to its self through the holes in the grill.
Worked great so far.
