I want to upgrade my wheels and tires. However, I really do not want to give up much on how smooth my ride is. I am going to go with either a 255/60/17 or a 255/55/18. Does anyone know if going with a 55 series 18 inch rim will be much harsher than a 60 series 17 inch, and will the 18 with 55 series handle significantly better? Of course if all I wanted was handling I would go with the 18's but all I really want is somewhat better handling than stock with the stock ride. Any input would be appreciated.
