I have 33's with stock sport rims on my 94, and I have to do a moderate amount of trimming on the front. true it still rubs, but not that much, when you first get the tires I got coursier mt's and they rub like a mother. but it shouldn't hurt anything.

I just installed a 3 inch lift and I have had to trim nothing for tires. It rubs a little on the frame but so did my 31's. All I had to trim was the shifter console and reposition the boot for shifting into second gear.

Your gonna rub on the frame of the truck so I would not recommend trimming the frame!!!

Just learn to live with not full turning capabilities in tight situations. You normally turn approx 2 and a half turns to max, after the big tires you will be able to turn like 2 and a quarter, so nothing much..
