Message:
Has anyone experience the truck bed rubbing against the cab of truck under normal driving. I have about an 1/2 gap between the bed and cab. But driving down the road the bed is hitting the cab, to point where it's down to the metal. I have checked all the bed bolts and they are tight. My friend telling me, it's hitting because of the body lift will allow the cab and bed will move more. The truck has been off road rock crawling but not to point where I have bent the frame.

With or without the body lift the frame and bed can and will flex enough to make contact. Especially if you get it really twisty. I wouldnt blame it all on the lift.

You might want to try losening all the body mount bolts and pulling the cab and bed apart then re-tighten. You might get another 1/4 inch between them since there is a LITTLE slack in the mounting holes. Maybe not... its worth a shot though.
