I just spend $350 on repairing my leaking rack. Well, $200 for a 2001 used rack, and $150 for labor and alignment. The new rack was put on today easily and the ride has improved significantly. No more wobbling in the steering wheel, no more creaking and banging, no more leaks, and of course, new stiff feeling :) Feels like a new truck again. :)

Just curious, if anyone knows, but wasn't there a recall on the dakota rack? If so, i'm gonna hold onto the old rack and get some cash back from it.
