Plus anything else you might need for the front suspension of our trucks.

All are make me a offer. I'm in Illinois, buyer pays shipping.

Thanks

When I'm done, I'll put the pictures up on my site!

hey Tom, e-mail me with your e-mail address and I'll send you an offer for the t.c. suspension lift and the powertrax. I live outside of Chicago if that helps any. My email is born2steel21@yahoo.com.

I have the identical set up and I am desperate to figure out how to go about putting in a straight axle. IFS sucks. Please tell me what type of set up your going with. I'm looking to go with a Dana 44, Ford coil springs, and some other creations. Any ideas would be great. It's a 1999 4x4 Dakota club.

What is the backspacing on the wheels? I'm also interested in the Powertrax.

I'm not sure on the back spacing, I think it is 4 or 4.5".

As for the setup. I'm finished. I used a Dana 44, runing 14" king 2.5" coilovers.
3 link setup. Trackbar.
Rockram for steering. Used a Jeep steering box.
All new crossmembers.

As for flex, I can get the front tire off the ground 42" from the ground to the Bottom of the tire, before any other tire comes off the ground.

I have this set up for rockcrawling. Runs good on the road.
Just having problems with a swaybar. No room anywhere for it.

Hope that helps

Tom...glad to hear the lifts done!!! I'd like to stop out and see it sometime. You should post some pics here...start showing that badboy off!!

No problems with the lift except the occasional bit of gear oil in the fender...damn burping vent hose.

What did you do about the different bolt pattern of the new DANA 44? Do you have two bolt patterns now , or did you have them redrilled?

Ok I went with a high (pinon),bad spelling, Ford 44.Came out of a 77 f100. I'm running a ford 9" that I built. Has 1/4 wall tubes, 35 spline axles, spool, 4.56 gears, disc brakes........
The bolt pattern is now 5x5.5. The main problem with this is you loose your speed sensor. Swapping out the t-case will solve this. I will be putting in a Atlas when $$$ comes my way!!
As for the width, I think it is 67.5 or 69??? Can't remember.
I should have some pictures up soon.

Tom
