yeah I did get the court costs refunded as well.
But what you're saying is the same in any situation. That's like saying if I go to a restaraunt and they take my money but then decide not to give me my food it's up to me to take them to court to get my money back. It's the same thing with warrenty work. But what I was saying is the law and 9 times out of 10 if you threaten to take them to court they usually will fold and just cover it.
