Message: I just ordered a set of FabTech front coil springs for my 2001 2wd 4.7L std cab Dakota, but I've never installed a set before. My goal is to get a modest 2" lift or more of a level stance. FabTech provided me with the correct front and rear shocks to use as well as the coil springs. Can anyone point me to a "how to" section on coil spring installation. I really don't want to spend the $90.00 for the factory service manual
