Is there any way to lift a 1993 dakota sport? Its
2wd and all i can find is kits for 4x4's. =/ will
body lifts work?

Yes, body lifts are universal. It doesn't know if it's going on a 2wd or 4wd. Just be aware, there are more modifications that need to be made when using a 3" vice 2" body lift. Linkage extensions, switching to electric engine fans, bumper relocations, etc.

I have no idea why the below link shows this kit for `94 and up. Your `93 has the same suspension. Here is a suspension kit listed: http://www.a1liftkits.com/products/Dodge_Complete_2_Lift_Kit_2WD_1994_2002-461-16.html
