I Have the performance Accessories 3" lift and was wondering if it would handle 33x13.50x18 on my '02 Dakota

Certainly not on stock wheels.
Jake has a point. 2WD has different suspension geometry than 4WD. But regardless, stock wheels and stock offset/backspacing will limit tire width to 11.5, as Bucket stated.

I have a 4WD and I am getting some rims to put on it what offset/backspacing would you recommend for that wide of tire.

I don't think any offset/backspacing will properly allow that wide a tire. Go with less than stock, and hit the frame in a turn. Go with more than stock, and the tire will protrude outside the wheel well. I didn't think Jake had much of a point relevant to this thread, as it won't fit right for 2WD or 4WD.

I would agree with Maxx that that wide of a tire will not fit. I just did a 3" PA lift on my 97 and my 32x11.5r15 Cooper STT's on stock rims still rub just a hair on my frame at full lock. I have read that 33x12.50r15's already need a non-stock rim. Hope you find somethin that works.
P.S. Bucket your signature should read "You're"..... not trying to be rude, just saying.
