Body lift is the only option you have, they dont make anything else for your truck, on the other hand go to www.walt-n-ingrid.com and look at how Walt lifted his 89, but you better have mad skills, and some dough.

Good news, got my interior/radio/power mirrors working,it was the fuse under the hood.My dash/tail lights DO NOT WORK,very annoying since I drive to work at 5am!!Jury rigged some "tail lights" for the local fuzz,BUT I'm pretty sure its the switch,so I am gonna put one in.(Local shop wanted $100 to do this!!)

get some 2x3 steel tubing and cut it into 2" lengths and drill your bolt hole either direction and you can have 2 or 3 inchs in lift

Great advice kodiak,OR use 3" "boat" rollers, they are hard rubber, cut out the shield for the fan,add 2-3" rod to the "donward" shift linkage, get some hose for the gas fill, extend the t-case shifter ...that should do it!

Go to the junkyard and buy some leaf
springs same width as the ones in the
truck and add as many as the u bolts
will allow. And crank the front tortion
bars all the way up then jack the front
of the truck up so the wheels are off
the ground. Then use an eight foot pry
bar of somekind and pry the tortion
bars down as hard as u can from the
control arm while a friend osha
underneath and jams chunks of tractor
tire treads or some kind of hard rubber
blocks between the tortion bar and the
Tranny crossmember. Then make
whims out of oak hardwood and pound
them in between the rubber blocks to
get achieve max lift. I got 3 inches front
and rear this way plus the body lift I
have six. This method is hard on the
ball joints but so is the way u drive a
lifted truck anyway.

chris w,

I'm not even sure what you said...but it still sounds very unsafe at best.
