I am running 305/70/16's on my 2001 dakota QC 4.7 4x4...
I know that my truck has an open rear with stock 3.55 gears... and i'm only getting about 15mpg on the highway and that my speedo is off a bit.
Is there anyway to adjust the speedo through the factory computer or do i need a sueprchips programmer??

Get 4.10 gears for the diffs. That will wake it right up.
