After a month or so of looking into a solid axle swap I fully understand this is something I need a professional to do for me. But I can't find anyone in my area. Most people that are capable limit themselves to Jeeps. I'm on the verge of scrapping the whole idea and buying a fullsize 1500 or 2500. I don't want to get rid of the Dakota. Someone shed some light on SAS. Who has done it or had it done.

Thanks, that kicks ass! I have not looked back at this forum in a couple weeks because I've been thinking about scrapping it and getting a 2500 series but now you have me thinking again. LOL
