I did the same thing on my 00 club cab. I couldnt get the front leveled until I bought a set of reindexed torsion bar keys. Then it was leveled but doesnt ride that great. I should have done a 1" block in the rear and turned up the stock bars

Leave the front alone and get shorter blocks for the rear to level it out.

where did you get your torsion bar keys at. I have a 97 sport with 2" blocks in rear and my t-bars are maxed out.

This is to bigbrew, I had the same problem with my 95 dakota. They were all the way up so I had to completely turn them down and shif the torsion plate a little, and just tightened them back up again. It gave me 2 inches. It deff doesnt ride as smooth but it got the job done

Hey Bigbrew, why not remove the torsion bars and swap sides. The bar uses the twist to spring and if it is fatiged then swapping sides should do the trick!
