I would like to no if anyone has any comments on the Pro comp xterrain tires, for example how loud they are on the road, handle, or should I look at another tire, if someone has these could they compare the tire noise to one other tire so I can have an idea of what they sound like.

They do pretty good on the beach and have read that they do pretty darn good on rocks but have seen first hand that they suck in the mud. They don't clean themselves out very good at all and turn into slicks in the sticky stuff. The truck i saw them on was a modified Ford Super Duty with a 6.0 diesel so it had plenty of power to get the tires spinning just not enough tire to spit the mud out. As for road manners the guy with the Super Duty said they were only a little louder than the Dunlop Mud Rovers the truck had on it before.
