As far as I have been able to tell, there is no suspension lift on the market for the 05/06/07 dakota yet. However, Trailmaster sells a leveling kit that(on top of removing the idiotic "raked" look on the new dakota) adds about 2 inches of lift to it. If you poke around enough you can find a picture of a dakota they have done this to.

There's a company out there called AIM Industries Incorporated. They have a 6" lift for all three years. I assume they are very similar. They run $2,200.00. My only hold-up is what kind of where and tear do they cause. They told me none. I don't believe this as a lift inherently cause excessive wear somewhere. The question then becomes, is it acceptable??? I have a 2007 4x4, and would love some info on this lift before instaling.

AIM Industries Inc's website is: www.truckn-store.com. I couldn't find a lift kit on there for the '06 dakota, but I know Chassis Tech has made one for the dakota, but it was for a SEMA truck, that kit was for sale for $2K, but it might have been sold by now. You can find it on CarDomain.com, if you sort by the years it should be one of the first 05+ Dakotas, its a white dak with lambo doors. I'd like to lift my truck as well but the closest I can find to lifting is putting a 2" leveling kit, a 3" body lift and larger tires which could give u 6.5" of overall lift.
