 Subject: lower radiator hose

2001 Dak 4.7 auto w/ac 4wd
Almost done installing PA 3" body lift. Was going smooth until I went to install lower rad hose spacer. No choice, I attempted to turn and still not enough room. Spacer O.D. is larger than hose I.D. I fought with spacer for 1/2 hour with out success. Other than going to hardware store and adding a plastic spacer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Same experience here... Yes, the spacer is fatter than the actual rad hose.. I managed to get it in after a good wrestling match. Keep trying.

Thanks. But I gave up on kit insert and spent $2.00 at local plumbing shop for a section of pipe that worked great. Kit looks great.
