Not enough information given, but I'll guess at it.
Nope. Can't do it.
Gotta have more info.
If you'll kindly redefine the issue....

Sounds like a major fabrication job to me. I do not like talking bad about mods, but I have heard nothing but bad things about the TS lift Kit. Oh yeah, I did hear one good thing, but I think he was just trying to sell his truck. I would suggest a different size driveshaft, if the angle is too great, then you might try to add another U-Joint in there. There is aname for the type of kit but I cannot recall it right now. Wish I could pinpoint a solution, but I have not seen the TS lift on the truck.

there is way too much angle to just add another joint.

I think this thread should be moved to the

Everyone Told You So
forum..

Isn’t this the same guy who in May posted:

"just to give you all an update...  I have had the 9.5 inch
trucking lift with 37x13.50's on my truck for 2 months now and I love it. So for
all of you all wanting a lift, I think they ended there problems."

And back in April posted:

"Truckin is a bad ass lift"

and got all defensive when people started criticizing TS.

"well just for your info, the lift is doing fine on my truck and that
is all I know, sorrt for all of you that had trouble!"

Now for the useful portion of the post, .

What did TS say when you called them?  Did you even call them? The first
step is to get after TS for support and find out what they have to say about the
problem. They should have some idea of how to correct this but, If they're no
help,  Is it possible to re-index your transfer case to reduce the front
shaft angle some.  Another option would be, though expensive, is to install
an under-drive unit between the transmission and transfer case.  That would
move the TC back several inches and reduce the front angle. It will also cost
you because in addition to the cost of the under-drive, you'll have to shorten
the rear drive-shaft and replace the front with a longer one. You may even have
to put a slip yoke eliminator on the rear output of your transfer case to keep
from running into the same problem with the rear drive shaft.  But it may
help you with your drive-line angle issues.

yes i did post them massages and i still love the truck. I am just know getting to the point of puttion the front driveshaft in. My driveling guy said he could make me one for 600 dolars that would be good up to 15mph and 2700 dollars that would be good up to 50mph because he said he would have to drop the TC, shim the TS, and shim the front diff and cut and rebuild a new crossmember but 2700 dollars is a lot. I was just wondering if there is anything cheaper. Thanks

P.S. Other than the front driveshaft, the lift is great. The only other problem i have is one of the front sway bar bushings keeps falling out. Thanks again

How’s it holding the alignment? That’s another common issue I’ve heard with the few owners that has installed that lift.

I agree with what this other clown posted. First step would be to get on the Phone with TS and find out what they have to say about the problem. You’re not the first customer who bought this kit so I’m sure they have to have some sort of experience with this issue if it’s a bad as you say.

On another note, an overdrive is probably way overkill for a truck that doesn’t see any off-road use. Other than changing the shaft angles you’re not going to gain anything with it if you don’t wheel the truck. It wouldn’t be money well spent since it’ll probably cost you close to what you driveline guy quoted you anyhow.

Does anyone know if the front driveshaft spins all of the time while you are driving? The reason I ask is because I am thinking of putting the one for 600 dollars in that is good up to 15mph but if it spins all of the time the front would be moving just as fast as the rear. Thanks
