I did a 3" Fabtech suspension lift and a 3" PA body lift with 33's. I tried using 15x8 rims and they would not clear the front calipers on a 2004. The 16" rims from American Racing Wheels worked groovy. I don't have any pics up yet but I should have some soon.

I ordered the Fabtech kit from 4 Wheel Parts. It's the same kit for the 2003. Everything works fine. The only thing that didn't work as advertised was that in the kit, they give you add a leafs for the rear. It doesn't exactly tell you that it's only a 1.5" add a leaf. So you have to get different shackles or another add a leaf to level it out. I should have pics real soon. I'll have the before and after pics too. I've gotten quite a few good comments about it.

you put the pin with the sliders backward from front to back , you need to flip it over 180* ...that happened to me also , don't ream anymore of the holes flip it over . It looks like it's the same , but our trucks , the frame is in an angle on the passenger side cause of the 4.7 motor mounting ...........so the pin in between the a arm has a slight angle that is not that noticible ..............
