Ok I'm just wondering about how many turns did you have to do to get about an inch of lift. I turned mine 2.5 times and only got about an inch. Is that normal? I kinda want to go further just for more space for my tires but I don't know how far I should go.

Much of what you can or cannot do depends on the vehicle you have:
4x4? Gotta keep an eye on CV-joint angles. Too extreme may damage the boots.
Engine? Weight of this major front end component will affect how much lift you get per turn of the adjustment.
Existing wheel and tire sizes? For example, my 4x4 came with 265/70-16 (31x10.5x16) wheels, and I know I can go up to 290/70-16 (32x11.5x16) with very little torsion bar adjustment. I know this because i spent some time checking minimum clearances between the tires and body/frame/suspension/steering components at many different steering angles and at different suspension travel settings.
Personally, I'd rather lower the back of mine to level it out, but because it's a 4x4, the rear springs are on top of the axle, so lowering blocks won't work.

If you still have the stock wheels and tires on it, leave it with the 1-inch adjustment long enough to see if you like the new stance. If not, dial in another inch and see if that works for you. If 4x4, you likely won't be able to get much more than 2 inches of torsion bar lift without seriously affecting suspension travel, or the previously mentioned CV-joints.

Also keep in mind that the higher the front, the higher the center-of-gravity; so even a 1-inch change in front end height will cause a slight, but noticeable increase in vehicle roll when taking a turn.

I have 31x10.50.R15's right now and I want to go to the 32's and in order to do that I have to crank the torsion bars. I have noticed the difference in the ride and I like it better being a little stiffer. Even with the inch I'm either right at level or a little under. Any suggestion? It's also got 106,000 miles on it...that have anything to do with it?

I'd like to do that but I'm concerned about the loss of power since I have the all mighty 3.9.
That and I need tires really bad right now and it seems almost impossible to get the spare cash right now for the lift and added cost of going to 33's. Do you know if 32's with the 3"BL looks alright?

Ha after about a month I finally have my tires. I can only get 32's well cuz I didn't do more than my T-bars. I thought my truck had the least likely chance of actually fitting them but they clear by about 1/4". I think I could still crank the T-Bars but I'm gonna leave it cuz it looks fine now. Man what a difference between almost completely bald 31's to brand new 32's. Now I hope 32's will look fine with BL. No time for waiting for spare $ for BL and extra cost for 33's.

Way to go Adam!

Out of curiosity, what width tire did you get? 10.5" or 11.5"?
And did you keep the stock wheels?

11.5" and yes I kept stock wheels...couldn't afford new ones and I'm not quite sure that with a different backspacing if they will rub or not. But with stock rims they don't rub at all. Man does it look a lot beefier I'm really pleased. Can't wait to get the BL for some added hieght.
