Rick, i just did my body lift myself 2 weeks ago on my 02 quad cab4x4 4.7, and everything fit with plenty of slack except 1 ground wire. As far as fan shroud, it says to take it out and trim bottom off but i kept it in and used a dremel tool and that work real well. I asked around about the gap gaurds and ended up making my own, one guy told me to use inner tube and push pins, but i used shipping mats and push pins. worked well and saved me $100, i'll post pics tommorrow of homemade gaurds. here are some pics of before, during and after lift and tires.

not one of those pictures shows off your headers...I don't offroad so i was only making gap gaurds for the space you can see between the box and the frame. Cameras don't do justice for our trucks...nice rig!

My 98 with 3" bl and 33" claws. Like they said-the only thing you gotta watch when lifting it is the brake lines to make sure they don't crimp. Just lift the truck up one side at a time very slowly. And the ground cable has to be rotated 90 degrees to provide the necessary slack. It's all in the directions. Either way, you'll be very happy with the results! I'm adding an add-a-leaf and cranking my torsion bars so I can throw those old 35's piled out back on the Purpakota!
