 Subject: Looking 4 a good deal -- 3" Body Lift

I want to take the plunge and am wondering if anyone has a kit to sell or knows the best deal on the web. I have a 99' 4x4.
I am a little concerned as extending the 4x4 shifter seems to be the most difficult (?) part of the task, so who thinks they have the easiest way to go about that??
