Why did you wait? I put the 2002 kit on my 04 QC this past summer. No problems, no mods.

No extra parts at all. I used the kit listed for upto 2002 (or what ever the newest model listed was) quad cab. The only difference I saw was that I had 2 extra front bumper brackets that were not needed. At the rear I moved the spare tire winch to above the cross member to allow the crank pole to run thru the original bracket at the back.
I did the kit by myself in my garage on a Saturday. Oh, I did make a little bracket for the driverside brake line where it mounts to the frame to releive some tension. I can post a pic if you wish.

do you have your torsion bars cranked? do you have any rubbing with those 33s? and are you running spacers with your stock rims? my local tire guy told me i can't run 33x12.5 on 15x8 rims, he said the tire is too wide for the rim. sorry to ask so many Qs. TIA, Justin

33's fit stock rims w/ no prob. He's wrong. Some Swampers I've had before recommend 8 in. rims. That is the width on my stock rims. No spacers, to bar crank. They rum a bit at the back of the front wheel well on full lock and hard stuff. Trimming the plastic would prob. help.
